A few months ago, I got together with some other bloggers for a night of fun at the Cleveland Candle Company, Ohio City location. They have three locations and have a lot to offer. If you haven’t been there yet, here is a bit of what to expect!

What a lovely group of people!

At Cleveland Candle Company, you can purchase already made candles, bath bombs, lip bombs, etc… but you can also make candles! You can walk in to make a candle or schedule a group event to come and spend some time smelling candles and making something fun to take home!

Making Candle Magic

Their prices range from $16-$36, so it is not to heavy on the checkbook. The number of scents to choose from is amazing. You can use scents they have or combine some of them to make your own creation!

Yes, my candle was called Sacred Champagne Princess, and it smells amazing!

A few ideas for events you could do this for:

  • Mom’s Night Out or Ladies Night Out
  • Date Night
  • Baby Showers
  • Birthday Party

I would actually like to go up and do this as a date night activity with the Mister. There are even some nice eateries nearby that would round out a fun evening.

As I mentioned earlier, I went to the Ohio City location, but they also have locations in Mentor and Coventry. You can find more information about hours and events on their website!

With the holidays approaching, this is one way you could shop local if you are in the Cleveland area and make something from the heart for someone you love!

My outfit selection for the evening was a Torrid Maxi dress and Lane Bryant Cardigan. To find out how to wear a summer maxi dress in the off season, be sure to check out a previous post I wrote showing you how!

(Create Some Fun at Cleveland Candle Company) I think making my own homemade candles would be a lot of fun and much cheaper in the price too.

Oh, I’m a candle freak! I keep getting candles, then have been saving the jars to make my own, although I keep chickening out. This looks so much fun, you are lucky to have that opportunity. And I can’t help but be in LOVE with that dress and the sweater, what a cute combo! Adorable! And I make fabric flower accessories for fun, yours caught my eye, that is a really nice one! Yellow is my fav color, and I’ve made some yellow accessories, it can perk up a somber looking outfit, esp for spring!
